The function of ultrasonic generator is to convert the mains electricity into the high frequency alternating current signal matched with the ultrasonic transducer, and drive the ultrasonic transducer to work. High power ultrasonic power supply generally adopts the circuit form of switching power supply from the aspect of conversion efficiency. Ultrasonic power supply is divided into excitation and its excitation power supply, the excitation power supply is called ultrasonic analog power supply, it is called the excitation power supply ultrasonic generator.

Ultrasonic generator using the world's leading other excitation vibration circuit structure, than the self-excitation vibration circuit structure in the output power of more than 10%. The form of ultrasonic amplifier circuit adopts linear amplifier circuit and switching power supply circuit.

Advantages of switching power supply circuit: high conversion efficiency, so high power ultrasonic power supply in this form.

Advantages of linear power supply circuit: it does not strictly require circuit matching, allowing continuous and rapid changes in operating frequency.

The ultrasonic generator produces a signal at a particular frequency, either a sinusoidal signal or an impulse signal, which is the frequency at which the transducer operates.

Ultrasonic equipment generally uses the ultrasonic frequency of 20kHz, 25kHz, 28kHz, 33kHz, 40kHz, 60kHz, 80kHz, 100kHz or above has not been used in large quantities.
