The principle of
Tension controller a technique for automatic control of the tension exerted on a machined material in continuous motion or stillness between two processing devices.in a variety of continuous production lines,various strips,wires,profiles and reproducts, in the rolling,drawing,embossing,coating,printing and dyeing,cleaning and winding processes often need tension control.tension control can be either constant or variable tension control.
The automatic constant tension controller works on the principle that two tension detectors measure the actual target (that is ,measure the tension),work with arbitrary set the desired tension set(i.e tension),if the two are equal to the tension,the tension control instrument is not adjust output ratio,and the two compare the range of tension,the tension controller determines the determination of tension is greater than or less than set and corresponding decrease or increase output ratio,keeping tension measuring tension and setting of dynamic balance to achieve constant tension.
Role
